By booking with us, you agree to all policies listed below. Please read carefully. If you Have any questions or concerns about any of the policies below please speak to Dr. Jay Williams before booking. 

Lateness 

Please be on time for your appointments. You will have a 15 min grace period. If, after your grace period you have not arrived you will have to re-book. We value our time as much as you value yours. Please be courteous.

Missed Appointments

I understand that life happens. We only ask that you inform us when it does. Please notify us at least two hours before your appointment if you are unable to make it, if time permits. We will be willing to reschedule you with no problem. Communication is key.

Refunds 

Please understand that once you pay for a service and the service is performed there are absolutely no refunds. If for any reason you decide you don't want the service and have already paid, a refund will be considered by Doctor Williams.

Respect
We believe in treating each patient and their guardian with kindness and respect. We also ask that you do the same. We will not tolerate any disrespect for any reason. If it does occur we do reserve the right to deny service and ask you and your parties to leave.

Privacy 

We value each patient's privacy and ask that you do the same when in our offices. We like for our offices to feel safe and welcoming. Please act accordingly.

*Please note that all payments are required BEFORE care is given. If you fail to provide payment before hand, service will be denied until paid. We reserve the right to change pricing, discontinue a service, or deny a service at any time for any reason but will always make you aware at time of payment of any changes.
